3 Children's Privacy (COPPA)
We are mindful that our program involves children under 13. We take the following precautions:
- We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through our website.
- All enrollment information is collected from parents or guardians.
- Student information is used solely for educational and program administration purposes.
- We do not publish children's personal information (full names, photos, etc.) publicly without explicit parental consent.

- Access to personal data is restricted to program administrators only.

- We do not store payment card information — payments are processed through third-party payment providers.
- We retain your data for as long as your enrollment is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for administrative purposes.
6 Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only in these limited circumstances:
- Service providers: Tools we use to operate the program (email services, etc.) — bound by confidentiality agreements.
- Acton Academy: As an affiliate, we may share aggregate (non-personal) program data with the Acton Academy network.

- With your consent: Any other sharing will only happen with your explicit permission.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Our program is based in Ann Arbor, MI 48104.
